Breakfast:
Children from 2 – 5 years = 7 € 
Children from 6 – 11 years = 10 € 
Up to 12 years = 17 € 
 

Marende for 2 people = € 18,00

Pets are welcome for a surcharge of € 15  per night. Food is not included and please bring your own basket. Youre pets are welcom into the appartments Edelweiss, Enzian and Alpenrose. 

You can check in on the day of arrival after 3 PM. On your day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 AM.

Buchungen sind erst dann für uns bindend, wenn eine Anzahlung von mind. 30% des Gesamtbetrages eingegangen ist, innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigungs E-Mail. Dies ist möglich durch Überweisung auf unser Bankkonto.

There is not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
