The prices are per flat and night for the specified number of persons aged 14 and over. Children from 2 to 13.99 years pay €15 per night. Children from 0 to 1.99 years stay free of charge. For stays of less than 3 nights, we charge a one-time surcharge of € 20. For all persons aged 14 and over will have to pay a tourist tax of € 2.50 per person per day from 01.01.2024. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay: it is only payable on departure.

Breakfast and Marende
Breakfast:
Children from 2 – 5 years = 6 €
Children from 6 – 11 years = 8 €
Up to 12 years = 15 €
Marende for 2 people = € 18,00
Pets
Pets are welcome for a surcharge of € 12 per night. Food is not included and please bring your own basket. Youre pets are welcom into the appartments Edelweiss, Enzian and Alpenrose.
Arrival and Departure
You can check in on the day of arrival after 3 PM. On your day of your departure we kindly ask you to leave the apartment by 9.30 AM.

Buchungen sind erst dann für uns bindend, wenn eine Anzahlung von mind. 30% des Gesamtbetrages eingegangen ist. Dies ist möglich durch Überweisung auf unser Bankkonto.

Cancellation polices
There is not provided a right to withdraw from the contract in accordance with the Italian consumer protection law (d.lgs. 206/2005) - yet we allow you to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions: Bookings may be cancelled up to 14 days prior to the set arrival date free of charge. Only the deposit is retained.
